Maguire State Missions Offering
Every September, Florida Baptists focus on local missions across our state. The Florida Baptist Convention collects a statewide offering to help plant new churches throughout Florida.
While it may seem like there are churches everywhere, only about 25% of Florida’s 22.2 million residents express faith in Jesus Christ. That leaves approximately 16.7 million people in our communities who need to hear the Gospel and come to know our Savior.
Every dollar raised for the Maguire State Mission Offering goes directly toward funding new church plants. First Baptist has set a goal of $5,000 as part of the statewide target of $1,000,000.
How to Give:
- Cash or Check: Use a giving envelope located in the sanctuary foyer, or write “Maguire State Mission” in the memo line of your check.
