Pumpkin Patch 2026 is Just Around the Corner

Fall is almost here, and that means one of our favorite opportunities to serve and connect with our community is just around the corner. Our pumpkins will arrive on Saturday, September 26!

We really need everyone who is able to come and help us unload the pumpkins that day. There will be plenty to do, and every helping hand makes a difference. Whether you can lift pumpkins, help organize, encourage others, or simply be present to serve alongside your church family, we need you!

Our pumpkin patch is about much more than pumpkins. It gives us an opportunity to welcome people onto our church property, build relationships with families, and show our community the love of Jesus Christ. Sometimes something as simple as a smile, a conversation, or helping a family find the perfect pumpkin can open the door for us to share the hope we have in Christ.

So mark your calendar:

Jesus gave His disciples a wonderful promise before He returned to the Father:

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you will be My witnesses…” — Acts 1:8

Jesus did not leave His followers to accomplish His mission in their own strength. He promised the arrival of the Holy Spirit, who would give them the power they needed to be His witnesses.

That same Holy Spirit is at work in believers today. As we serve through our pumpkin patch, our prayer should be that God will use something as simple as pumpkins to bring people together, open doors for relationships, and give us opportunities to point people toward Jesus.

Come serve. Come fellowship. Come meet our community. And come expecting God to use us!

I look forward to seeing you on September 26 as we unload the pumpkins and begin another wonderful season of ministry together.
