Ordaining a New Deacon

On Sunday, October 20, 2024, we will ordain James Maddox into the Deacon Ministry. James has been a member of this church since he was baptized on August 6, 2006. James and Angela Zimmerly Maddox were married on May 8, 2010, and they have two children, Marcus and Mavis.

The Ordination Council will meet on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at 5 pm in the education building. All ordained Deacons are welcome to be part of the ordination council. At 6 pm, we will have James Maddox, Ordination Service in the Sanctuary. Following the services, the Deacon wives of First Baptist Church LaBelle will have a reception for The Maddox family and the church. We hope you will come and be part of this special day.
